Enovation Controls PowerView 700 Display
Akron Brass is recalling PowerView 700 displays (part numbers 610-00060-080-ST/080) that may fail to power on, preventing activation of emergency lights and equipment.
Stop using the affected display immediately. Contact Weldon Division of Akron Brass for a replacement or repair. Do not rely on the display to activate exterior emergency lights or fire fighting equipment until it has been replaced or repaired.
Why it was recalled
Weldon Division of Akron Brass is recalling certain Enovation Controls PowerView 700 displays (part numbers 610-00060-080-ST and 610-00060-080) that may stop responding to touch commands or fail to power on, preventing activation of exterior emergency lights and fire fighting equipment. Loss of exterior lights reduces vehicle visibility to other drivers, increasing crash risk, and inoperative equipment can delay emergency response.
