Why it was recalled

Evenflo is recalling certain Reo by Revolve360 child seats in color variants Nantucket, Danvers, Chelsea, Holden, Brookline, and Lenox. In certain rear or forward-facing positions, the headrest may shift position during a crash, increasing the risk of injury and failing to comply with FMVSS 213.
