Why it was recalled

Graco is recalling certain SnugRide Turn & Slide and Modes Nest Travel Systems with SnugRide Turn & Slide infant car seats because the infant seat carrier may detach from the base during a crash, increasing the risk of injury. The affected seats fail to comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 213 for child restraint systems. Refer to Graco's recall report for specific model numbers and serial number ranges.
