Why it was recalled
Tesla is recalling certain 2024–2026 Cybertruck vehicles equipped with 18-inch steel wheels due to brake rotor stud holes that may crack, allowing the stud to separate from the wheel hub. Stud separation can cause loss of vehicle control and increase crash risk.
