Ford Transit Engine Crossmember
Ford is recalling 2023–2024 Transit vehicles over improperly secured engine crossmember that may cause loss of drive power or brake failure.
What to do
Stop driving the vehicle and contact Ford immediately to schedule service. Do not operate the vehicle until the engine crossmember has been inspected and secured by an authorized Ford dealer.
Why it was recalled
A loss of drive power or brake failure increases the risk of a crash.
