Why it was recalled
Toyota is recalling certain 2024 Tacoma Hybrid and 2024-2025 Tacoma vehicles because the metal flange on the front and rear shock absorbers may corrode and fail, causing the external oil reservoir to detach. A detached reservoir can create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.
